It is extremely common in this scenario that your ignition module has failed. The module is a small metal box mounted under the distributor cap that controls when to send a spark. As they age, the solder joints in the modules develop cracks and eventually when the modules heat up under use, the solder cracks render them inoperable. You'll find reports of this all over this forum and online in general. The failure mode is generally stalling followed by a no-start when the vehicle is at operating temperature, and perfect running conditions when the vehicle has not yet warmed up. If when you're experiencing the failure you check for spark at the plugs and find that there is none, more than likely you're in the market for a new ignition module. You'll find these modules all over the internet for cheap (20-40 bucks USD), but they're China-sourced garbage and if you get 15k miles out of them before they start failing again I'd be surprised. If you have the time to wait for it, your best bet is to source a Honda unit off Ebay. I replaced the module in my 2001 as a preventative measure at 150k miles with a brand new Honda unit I bought off Ebay for 82 bucks USD, which was a particularly good find.
Check out whether you have spark at the plugs during a failure, and if not pick up a module.

This is true about the main relay, and they also present a similar failure condition (stalling/no-start at operating temp, proper operation when cold), but the main relay supplies both the ignition system AND the fuel system with power. If you're diagnosing the failure while the issue is presenting itself and you find proper fuel pressure, your main relay is fine (or at least not acting up at the moment). If you find lack of spark AND fuel, solid chance it's a main relay.
