Fuel Door Spring not working. Help!

I have a 2009 Honda Accord Sedan. The cable is working perfectly fine. How can I fix the spring issue? Thanks.

The fuel door lid latch probably got pushed out of alignment during refueling. Gently adjust the latch with your hand to straighten it and see if that fixes it.
