Default Ruckus Seat Help

Hi, does anyone have recommendations for a more comfortable seat? I am 6 ft 5 in tall and 260 lbs. When I ride my ruckus, it hurts my tailbone. I've upgraded the shock and even have an air pad on top of the saddle. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Stock Ruckus seats are awful for long rides. Some people get the seat reupholstered and add memory foam, or you can get a custom seat cover with extra padding sewn in.

you should google padding that has a slightly lower durometer rating. Foot orthotists often use a certain thickness of "tri-lam" material to make shoe inserts for diabetic patients. it's a combination of three different durometer closed cell foams. here is a link for reference. It may help you out.https://friddles.com/products/tri-la...puff-mdur00058

People take the ruckus on long rides. I do like the idea of getting more padding. DC has a lot off pot holes

I'm here in the orthotics clinic now and noticed another foam you could try looking for called PPT or Poron. It's a shock absorbing foam so it won't "pack out" or form a butt print like other foams do. I personally am thinking of using this for my seat with a neoprene top layer all stitched together.
