Assistance Needed: 94 Accord w/ H22 swap will not start after 4 years of storage
Drove my 94 accord h22 home and parked it in the garage as usual . Didn't drive it since. So it's been just over FOUR YEARS. The car was in proper driving/working condition with no problems at the time it was parked.
However I decided to get it back on the road so I was going to drain all the fluids etc and get it road worthy again, but when i tried turning the crankshaft over manually with my power handle it only turns about half a rotation. It does not make a full rotation. It turns freely when its turning but just comes to a halt at a certain point. I removed all the spark plugs so i know its not the compression in the engine making it stop, and yes the transmission is in neutral. The timing belt seems to be good as the camshafts are also turning.
It's stuck so tight that I actually broke the crank shaft bolt loose. So that can tell you how much pressure i applied and it didn't budge.
I checked to see if anything looks out of place but everything looks normal.
Any help will be appreciated!!!!!
UPDATED(SOLVED)
So it turns out the there was some sort of oxidation/bonding of the piston rings and the block. This happened overtime when it was parked. So it made it difficult for the piston to move up and down the block freely. So I poured atf fluid mixed with sea foam and wd40 into the cylinder through the spark plug holes and let it sit overnight. The next day I rocked the crank back and fort until it finally came loose :D . So now i will chnge all the fluids get the back up running. I hope the compression wasn't affected badly and that it doesn't smoke. Will do a compression test to confirm will keep it updated.
It's very surprising to know that amount of build up took place inside the cylinder when it was parked.
I hope this post helps someone who had similar problems.

I hear some recommend spraying wd40 down the spark plug opening, it SHOULD keep the piston rings from sticking.
