Hello, I am looking for a headlight LED ring install service recommendation for the 2001 GSR.

I would like to locate a service that does a nice job with this, I do not have many replies back. Who would do a nice job?

 

Most people just drop in some aftermarket headlights and call it a day. Is SpecD tuning still around? they used to sell a bunch of that junk.

If you actually want someone to open up your headlights, install rings, wire them up, and ship them back to you it will be very expensive. There's a few companies that do installs like that, OrganizedGarageStatus and maybe Lightwerkz immediately come to mind.

 

yeah buy some off ebay, it is a 5 minute install, bolts easily accessible underhood, anyone can do it.

 

I m looking for a custom look. This guy inspired me. His car had LED rings multi colored with no breaks. Complete rings. Bright. Looked like it was controlled with a cel phone. He also had his front clear corners as amber sequential SMD blinker's ..it looked like. Trick lighting for an Integra. Sequential blinkers in the front at least. Who does this stuff?

I found them at Diode Dynamics. The LED rings look much better than the ebay halo housings. I found a installer and the prices are not ridiculous. The ring kits are not expensive.

 

They usually drill tiny holes in order to use thin tin wiring to hold them in place. You can probably see the wiring when the rings are off but when they're on its barely visible.
