1999 Honda crv awd grinding while accelerating
Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my crv. There is a grinding noise that sounds like it's coming from my floor during acceleration. If I let off the gas or reach cruising speed it will stop grinding. I have disconnected the rear driveshaft and the grinding had stopped. I'm about 400km from the closest dealer so any advice would be a helpful, thanks in advance!
Had this issue before and here is how I fixed it:
Drain you rear differential fluid.
Replace with new fluid.
Drive for 20km
and repeat the first 3 steps for 3 more times.. that did the trick..

Anyone happen to know what size bolt and nut for the adjustment bolt for a 1999 honda crv alternator, I guess mine fell off and I dont know what size to replace it with. The alternator belt is squealing like a pig from hell, and it wont charge the battery.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
