Best manual transmission fluid for track day
I have a stock B16a2 out of a 2000 Si and I'm going to the circuit track next weekend. I will be replacing all fluids and I was wondering if I should stick with OEM or RedLine gear oil. RedLine is 2.5 times more expensive by the way. I also was wondering what engine oil viscosity would be best too. I have 5w-30 Synthetic in now but should I go with 5W-40? engine has 123,000 original miles by the way. I will red line the **** out of it....lol
