Default Ticking/Clicking noise from Front Right area when driving only.

Hey all,

Was wondering if anyone can help me diagnose this issue with a ticking or clicking noise coming from the front right wheel area of my wife's 2000 Honda Accord. Even though it's old it only has 104K kms on it.

This noise only happens during driving and the symptoms are as follows;

The faster I drive the faster the ticking/clicking noise is and louder it
The slower i go, the slower and quieter the ticking/clicking.
No noise when completely stopped.
Braking doesn't seem to change the noise other than as stated in symptom #2
Turning left/right doesn't seem to change the noise but I didn't get the chance to turn it really hard either direction.

This noise only started after this past fall, where I had a guy replace my subframe and k frame on the car, because of the corrosion from the air conditioner drain. At the time the sound was not as pronounced and when I went back to him about the sound he thought it was the brakes, which he checked and couldn't find anything wrong. He didn't take the brakes apart and all he looked at really was the heat/dust shield and made sure there was clearance.

I am no expert but did he have to remove any of the drive components in order to remove and install the subframe and k frame?

As I said before the sound is getting worse, I need to get this looked at soon.

Thanks
