So Im getting some new wheels, and Im wondering what my alloys are worth? You guys think 200.00 for the set is fair? no tires.

those are not stock 96 wheels. Those are from a 94-95 EX. Actually they are worth more than the 96-97's. Value....$220-<300 w/ tires. No tires....$160-200+ depending on visual factors...

you have a 5th gen accord that ran 94-97

Yeah yeah yeah, so its not sitting on the ground, anyway, they are Honda caps, the clearcoat was coming off so I stripped them down, the "H" went with the coating.

 

If they haven't been curbed or bent, and still look in mint condition, then I might seriously be interested in buying them off you. Really, all I need are the rims so if you're interested let me know, so I can make you an offer. Thanks!

 

No curbing, no scratches, just the regular marks from weights, Since the clear coat has been removed, Im wondering how hard or how much it would cost for them to be polished up, they stay pretty shiny now. There decent wheels, I just want something different to go along with new suspension. what does it cost to ship something like wheels?? could get expensive

I could also take some good close up pics of each wheel if that helps.

Pics would be great (no sarcasm intended). Like I said, I do not need the tires, just the rims. I am not sure what shipping would cost. What you could do is measure the weight of one rim minus the tire. Then, multiply the weight times 4. That should give you a rough estimate of what all 4 rims would weigh. Then, go to ups.com and see what that weight would cost to ship. I'll give you my offer once I see the pics. Thanks

 

depending on the condition...id pay around that price or maybe a lil cheaper for those rims...i got rid of mine for cheap...250 w/ tires...

for wheels and tires...shipping will cost close to $100...for just the wheels count on around $50-$60....but you guys wanting $200 for the ex alloys are crazy...**** that's way too expensive for used honda parts....

I just bought some of those rims in good condition for $135 and a Air filter from my buddy. They are sweet rims and look real good on any accord. I say they are worth $200 at least. don't remember if at least was one word or two. Damn is the pic of your car in Sierra Vista? If o that place has changed big time. I keep hearing that town is coming up. peace.

Well, I dont have the rest of the cash yet, I think I will try and sell them locally when Im ready, If I get 160.00 for them, Im happy, Yeah SV has grown like crazy, good stuff, where you at in AZ?

they really DO look good on any accord 90-97. For awhile, it was a pretty hot looking setup (rice?) on slammed 90-93's with the center caps off taken off. Kinda like the 94-95 GSR's for civic's and integra's.
