Default Honda accord 1991 lx

Lately I'm having trouble with my Honda Accord I've done the timing on it my timing is perfect I just change the EGR valve but yet my idle is still fine low RPMs is fine I just can't pull high RPMs I have to shift with my pedal it feels like

Possibly code stored,
Verify your CEL lamp works when turning car to II(ON).
Turn ignition off
Look for two wire blue connector by passenger kick panel.
Jumper it with wire.
Turn Ignition to II(ON) and note any flashing codes from CEL D4 ABS or any other warning lamps.
Report codes back here.

*if the lamp does not illuminate the bulb may be blown out and you will need to fix it before retrieving any stored codes*

No Engine light problem. That is fine this was after i did my distributor the way to explain it i guess is my engine is spitting on it self . My rpm gauge used to be stuck now ot just bounces all crazy especially trying to go high rpms .
