I have a 2003 Honda civic 1.7 crank no start have fuel pressure and spark, but no injector pulse. I can give it a shot of starting fluid/ether and it will run until I have to stop again and it is the same process over and over. Never fails to start cold. Any ideas on what this really is and how to solve my problem. Thanks in advance.
