I have a 99 Accord ex it was running one day I went out the next day to start it and it started then died out it hasn’t started but cranks I can get it started with starter fluid but when i stop spraying it dies out I did a fuel pressure test wasn’t getting enough so I replaced the fuel pump now I’m getting good pressure in between 40 and 50 psi still won’t start I checked spark and injectors can’t figure out why it won’t start

 

Does the green key blink or does it turn off after initial check out at startup?

 

It blinks afterward but if I just click the key over it stays on for about 3 seconds
