02 Honda Civic dx engine swap
So I have a 2002 Honda Civic dx 1.7L, Manila tranny, and it’s a sedan. I have a cracked head and I’m planning on swapping the engine. I found a VTEC engine it’s 1.7L and fits 02 Honda and I was wondering if it would fit in my car?

It'll fit just fine, youll need the ECU and to wire in the Vtec, honestly it isnt worth the extra headache for a very small power gain, IMHO id say just find the engine it came with, swap it and enjoy your car. Cheap and easy
