Am I right on this one? I know it’s power steering but is it coming from the rack and pinion? I’m new so any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have leaks from your rack and pinion, you'll either need to rebuild it or get one that is good. If it's coming from the rubber boots, then the seals that are leaking are inside the rack.
