Hi so I did my clutch on my EF swapped D16Z6 it has the stock si transmission. when I put everything back to together I tried to started and I got nothing. So I was pretty sure it was the solenoid so I check it with a multimeter and I was only geting 4 v from the cable when I tried to crank it
