Passenger side corner/signal light don’t light up
91 ED civic hatch. Got my lights working, the bumper lights works also but the passenger very corner where it signals doesn’t light up at all anyone knows why? Please help.
Pull the bulb out of the fixture and test the fixture with a meter. Make sure the bulb is good. Look for corrosion where the contacts are in the fixture. Light wiring is one of the more simple 12V systems - this should be fairly simple to chase down the issue.
can you please tell me what lights are suppose to function when the blinker is on? Also when hazards are on?
the corner blinkers are controlled by the ICU (Integrated Control Unit) which is known to overheat and damage pcb traces which in turn can cause those blinkers among other things to do weird stuff or not work. If you know how to solder you install some jumper wires on the damage traces. If your bulb, wiring and fuses are good then it's probably that.

yes both the bumper and corners are blinkers
It depends. If the head lights switch is on the bumper lights and corner alternate flash. If the switch is off then they flash at the same time. Remember the bumper lights are on a different circuit
Awesome info and are you 100positively sure? Just asking before I start pulling my tick again and looking for that break. Appreciate you very much. Now all I need is the color of wires that correspond. I have a 91 si in case.
I asked timothy to chime in from another similar post, he seems to think only corners blink when signaling.
it's easy to fix. Hard to tell from the picture, can you see a broken trace? The charred material is the pcb solder mask. You can scratch it off to expose the copper trace. It's only a problem if the trace is broken. Use an ohm meter to check continuity to check those traces.

Would you like to repair for me I’m not that tech savvy.
visually I don't see anything wrong with it. Do you have the service manual? If you have a multi meter it shows you how to test the ICU to be sure that it's actually the problem.
Yeah mo where does it tell me how to check icu with meter, just simple check fuses, replace flasher, etc. this is really frustrating, I seen somewhere where you can use a 91 integra DA icu and I went to the yard and got one but can’t find the thread.
