Hey guys thanks for taking time and reading this post. Ok first in my way home from work I was pushing the car a little in the back roads. When I slow down in to town. I hear a grinding noise when I when in to second. In my next light I put on first let the clutch pedal go and it grind and push the gear back. So I hold the shifter in first let the pedal go and push back but it stay in first and I make home. I smell some clutch burning like 1 ago I don’t drive the car that much but I remember and I when ahead and replace the clutch. With a exedy oem replacement. Now the car is doing the same I have to push the shifter and hold on there so it won’t come out of gear. I didn’t drive to check the other gears. It was late when I finish and found out is not right. So I just left for today after work. Thank you for the help guys and sorry if my English is not the best.

 

I forget to say the clutch was bad and the ring that go in to the flywheels wasn’t line up like it would be new it was bent

 

I test drive it today and I can get get out on second gear. But not in first only if I push the shifter and hold there and release the clutch really slow. And I can get in reverse no problem either

 

Will it shift into anything higher than second gear?
