No battery power anywhere
My 98 accord v6 has no power coming from battery.
I replaced the transmission, battery and complete front suspension and the car started right up a couple times with no issue. The car sat for 3 days and now has no electrical power anywhere.
I have tried cleaning and reconnecting battery grounds and positive cables. The main 100 amp fuse is good, battery is new and charged, both battery cables are clean and tight at every connection. The battery reads 12 volts when it is not plugged in to the car but as soon as its plugged in reads 0 volts. both fuse boxes read 0. Tried a jump pack on it and it got very hot and started to smoke. The only change from when the car was running to now is that i put it back on the ground after being on jack stands for months.
This is my first post here so i might be in the wrong section but I appreciate any help.

Where does it go? I want to know.
Place a DVOM on the battery terminals. Have a friend carry the battery to the car. Lower the battery into place observing the static voltage. Carefully record where the voltage runs off to.
If the bat is new, the plates should not be sulfated yet and able to hold a charge. Check connections and charging method.
