Hi. I was wondering if anybody knows what is wrong with my 99 CRV. The drivers rear tail light won't turn off. I replaced the bulb as it wouldn't turn on and now it won't turn off even with the keys removed. Also the passenger side rear light doesn't turn on when I engage the brakes?

Sounds like your drivers light switch has arced out and will require replace – check you light feed wire in and out of the switch.
