I have always been up to date about changing fluids. Well not transmission fluid. In fact never. I cant believe I skipped this. Well its a cvt sealed transmission. I had someone look at it. The fluid is black and smells burnt. There is absolutely no issues right now with the transmission. Again has 186000 miles. Please advise.

 

Drain it and refill it. Then do it again in 30k.
