I am getting no power to the plug to plug into the main relay if I run a wire to A positive cable and put the wire in the plug we’re the green and black wire would go it runs what is my issue
No "green and black wire" reference in te HSM circuit diagram--black/yellow, perhaps? Your punctuation-adverse post is kind of light on salient detail. Maybe your thumbs got tired.
You might remove and t-shoot the relay, and/or t-shoot the wiring and all connectors between the ignition switch and the relay, presuming that's what you refer to with "the plug [where] the green and black wire would go".
