Passenger dash leak 95 accord
I bought a 95 accord and the passenger side dash leaks when it rains. I cleaned the cowl panel out and flushed both drains on each side. I added to the vent intake
cover hoping that might help but it didn’t. I also blew compressed air up the evaporator drain. The leak occurs when the car is parked and it rains. the A/C has not been run. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated!

I have the same issue. It got wet in between the floor and the bottom of the door for me. I haven't been able to figure out what it is. My car is lowered, has a sunroof and I'm thinking the door trim is more worn than it should be. The windshield looks great and so does the seal. Does your car have any of the same issues that could possibly cause water to gather there?
Mine is bone stock and has no sunroof. It leaks from under the glove box from the blower motor. I think I’m going to take the blower motor out this weekend to look.
You will need to remove the door sill trim.
Pull the weatherstripping off the sill and away from the dash
Pull the kick panel off.
Pull the two plastic pins out of the carpet, one in the middle of the foot well, the other at the center console, and detach the velcro at the left corner.
Pull the carpet back in a triangle, it will be hard as it is moulded.
Using a 10mm deep socket remove the four nuts that hold the ECU/TCU plate to the floor.
Remove the plate off the studs and slide it down the floor as low as possible, the wire harness will prevent it from moving down too much.
Squeeze the white plastic fan connector, it has a locking tab, jiggle if need be and when the tab squeezes, pull down.
Use 8mm socket to remove the three fan screws.
Let the fan drop and then you may need to rock the ECU/TCU plate around to allow the fan/squirrel cage to drop out.
Check the drain hose that attaches to the AC EVAP box and goes through the firewall. If someone has kicked or damage the casing or hose it may be leaking from there.

Thanks for all the information. I pulled the blower motor and no water was leaking in there. I sprayed the exterior really well and determined it’s leaking around the upper door seal which is then running down the Front pillar and down the interior weather stripping and under the carpet. Some
on the water when it’s running down the pillar funds it’s way to the bottom of the dash.

I woudl suggest using urethane sealant and not silly cone.
Sillycone will remove the paint and then cause the area to rust.
Even for a temporary fix, some plumbers putty would be safer on the paint.
