honda accord 1996 problem starting speedometer reads 0mph

battery full charge dose not turn over have get jump start get car going wen I'm driving D gear light start flashing speedometer reads 0mph then check engine light show up on dash have lil damage on negative post on battery

Hook up an ODBII reader. I predict one of the following codes: P0741, P0742, P0743, P0744, P2770; none of which will make you happy when you learn the ramifications of each.
