It won't work in the A1 trans, you need a 10 bolt. You can order an MFactory B16A LSD from the link in my signature.

 

Ya, thanks. I finally got it sorted in my head, but that just isn't in my budget right now. I was trying to get lucky while I already had the trans open, but not up to buying a full aftermarket at this point.

It is a 2gen Prelude / 86-89 Teg trans. They are the same internals. But I also have a 2nd lude with a B20vtec that has most of my focus at the moment.
