1999 crv power outlet not working

Hey guys. my power outlet on both the front and rear dont work. fuse in the left interior fuse box was not tripped. what could be the problem? relay? where are the other component to check out? thanks!

Do you have + positive power on both sides of the fuse – use a test light or multimeter to check.
