Default Swap(Transplant) Everything- 91 Accord to 91 EF Hatch

Thanks in advance for the help, this is my first forum post ever and y'all seem very helpful. Ive owned several vehicles and have followed different forums associated, as i owned them. The EF/CRX community is BY FAR the most helpful and active. But the parts support for these cars is unreal, we can get anything you could ever thing of, why i didn't make the jump earlier is something I've been asking myself. i made up for lost time by immediately buying 2 EF hatches, a 90 and a 91.
A little back story so you know why i want to do what i want to do. I currently own a 1991 Accord cb7 that is built right from front to back, ive got over $20k in receipts and paperwork from original builder in 2013(less than 10k miles). ive put 3k miles on car since i got it through trade and it has been the most fun, reliable, and fast car ive ever owned, it is dyno'd at 472whp on race gas at 22psi, set up on a pump gas street tune right now with 9psi at 385whp. ive always wanted a built EF hatch and i was able to buy 2 last week so i did, what i want to do is swap EVERYTHING from the accord to the EF. I'm talking wiring harness, fuse box if needed, gauges, cooling system, Engine, trans, turbo, whatever i need. Its a perfectly running and driving vehicle and it would be going in an EF that is completely stripped down. The civic getting the transplant, as its more than just a swap, was in the process of being torn down for a K swap but life happened and the guy had to sell fast so got it cheap cheap. Not 30 min after buying it i was browsing FB marketplace looking for wheels for it and ran across a 90 EF hatch with no title but a nice complete car. So the point of this post is to document my build and to ask/get help from you guys with more EF experience. I have a lot of car experience and other hondas but never specifically an EF. the Accord was already built when acquired and very well known on cb7tuner.com, it has been in Super Street. for this reason ive never felt like it is truly mine and can't say that "i built it". For this reason and the fact ive always wanted to build an EF, ive decided to do this transplant. What i know so far is that ill need new motor mounts, and i know i can use H series swap mounts. ive got this extra parts car for any wiring or computer i need and since accord is a perfectly running car now, i should have everything i need for swap. i have searched a lot of swap threads but never a full transplant so if anyone has done this and has any pointers let me know, and ill update post as the project moves forward. time frame wise, i want to have this done by the end of may so i can wrap it and take it to shows and races this summer.

It might seem like a good idea to swap 'everything' across to the EF, but the reality is that it'll be far easier to keep the under dash/cabin wiring in the EF and just run a conversion harness between whatever ECU and fuel management the CB is using and the EF's cabin harness.

The problem would be splicing the EF's functions into the CB wiring. For example, you can put the CB fuse box into the EF, but the wires that go to your dash (cluster operation / warning lights / clock / radio / lights etc) your doors (power windows / central locking / speakers etc) will not be the same. Or the same length. So even if you depin and repin (assuming they use the same pins) you might still need to cut and lengthen in areas. In some instances the circuits will not run the same way, so you can't use the hazard light switch from an EF on a CB harnes because of the input pins and what they do. In this case you would have to rewire the CB harness to make it similar to the EF harness (defeating the purpose). It's possible, but just not the easiest solution.

It takes a lot of time and effort fine tuning a project to work reliably, seems a shame to pull apart a well sorted build such as that CB.
