Default New Intake Manifold/TB for H22A Civic

I’m looking to upgrade my intake manifold and throttle body on my 97 H22A swapped Civic. I’ve been researching and have been leaning towards a 68 mm TB. I need help deciding a good brand that isn’t too expensive. Also how difficult would It be to install the new intake manifold?

What else have you done to the H22 to make you think you need a bigger T/B ??? If the engine is essentially stock internally, a larger T/B will not make much of a difference at all... in fact, it will likely make the SAME peak HP and lose some power in the midrange.
