Default J32 swap Immobilizer

Can't really find a definite answer during research. I have a 2003 Acura CL-S that in using for my EG swap. Does anyone know if I HAVE to take out the immobilizer from the ECU? I have both keys. Thanks .

You can simply wire in the immobilizer and ignition switch into your car and tuck it out of the way.
