Default K20a3 auto to manual harness wiring

Before y'all get crazy, I have been searching for 2 days.. any help would be appreciated, info or a link to it.
02-04 RSX base engine harness, auto vs manual wiring differences.
I'm getting ready to wire my k20a3 in my 91 EF sedan. I checked the p/n on my eBay bought harness and it is coming up as an automatic harness. (Was supposed to be 5spd.
The only difference I can find is reverse lockout is not on this harness. And possibly a ckp plug difference?
I've been swapping Honda's for almost 20 years, but this is my first K.
TIA

The reverse lock-out plug is only found on the Type S 6-speed transmission engine harness and NOT on the base 5-speed engine harness. There should be more plugs than that for an auto harness.

Gotcha, that makes sense on the lockout. I know there are extra plugs for the Auto trans, but does anyone know if there are any other differences? Or am I good to toss this harness on and keep going?

I know this is an old thread, but just wanted to let you know that you can in fact use the base harness on a 6 speed transmission. The reverse lock out plug is on the harness. You just need to move it from its current position and repin 1 wire.

do you mean a base 5spd will work or a base auto will work?

Yes, I mean the base 5 speed harness. Hasport has a video about it on YouTube and Bryan walks you through the re-pin of that one plug to work with the reverse lock out.
