Blinking D with error codes P0700 and P0753

Blinking D with error codes P0700 and P0753
The D on my 1999 Honda CRV dashboard started blinking 2 days ago. Consequently pick up is very slow while rev counter can be as high as 2500 rpm. computer diagnosis gave me the error codes:
P0700 (A/T system malfunction)
P0753 (shift solenoid vulve A failure)
How do I solve this problem?

was this issue ever fixed/resolved, currently having the same issue with my 99’ crv with no luck fixing it.
