Default Gauge cluster all drops to zero

my gauge cluster all drops to zero, tachometer, speedometer, fuel and engine temp. They drop to zero when i press on the gas and immediately jump up as soon as i come back to 60 kph or brake. The Abs and the SRS both came on when i did a hard stop earlier.

Honda Accord 1999 3.0L V6 sedan.

Is your OBD II system storing any codes?

I would make sure the alternator is putting out consistent juice. Are there any other symptoms, such as headlight dimmed, or wipers operating slowly? You should also carefully inspect all the cables from your battery terminals and beyond, that might have corrosion built up on them. Could also be a voltage regulator, or the like. But I am not familiar with how the electricals in 6th generation Accords are set up.
