Hello all,

Just picked up a first gen CR-V and I have a question about cluster / dash light behavior.

As soon as I turn my key in the ignition my all my dash lights come on. Is this normal?

Every other honda I've ever owned you would have to turn on parking or headlights on for the dash lights to come on

 

Yes, and then when you turn the park lights or head lights on the dash will dim.
