00 v6 accord bogs

My accord bogs down then dies. Doesnt do it all the time but nows its doing it more often. No engine light Any adivce

what's the mileage (odometer)? any other symptoms?

how long before it can be started back up and driven again?

163000, a couple of starts while reving around 3 or 4000, the first few miles idles rough then its fine. I think its either fuel related, egr or cat

Hmmm, not "feelin'" any of those things. Have you checked the IAC valve? Not really feelin' that either, but it is another option.
