Default 2014 Accord 2.4 Steering Issue Question

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I have a 2014 Accord Coupe 2.4 EX-L w/ Nav. I have a question about my electric power steering I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with. About two years ago I took the car to a chain tire store to have new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. At this time the car had around 50k. Upon leaving the steering wheel was about 5 degrees off center, so I took the car back and told them to correct that. They mostly did (still half a degree off) but immediately I noticed the steering feedback differed from left to right turns. There was almost no resistance turning left while turning right there was more resistance than before. The alignment was dead on and it was perfectly balanced. I again took it back asking what they had done to make the steering feel this way to which the tech replied he had done nothing that would cause such. Life got busy and I didn't have time to deal with it so I let it be until recently. First I had the shop forman at my local Honda dealer drive my car, he said he didn't notice the resistance inconsistency but there'd be nothing they could've done to cause it. Then, a month ago I had to have the front wheel bearing assemblies replaced (car has 114k). I was hoping this would somehow solve the problem but it didn't and the long time manager of the shop I took it to this time also said there's nothing that one shop could've done to cause the issue. The car still tracks straight and rides smooth as glass, but this pesky issue persists. What could it be? Thanks, Luke.
