Pretty sure I threw a rod or a rod bearing in my 99 accord ex coupe. Shifted down instead of up. Now serious knocking upon start and then only when accelerating. Drained oil and didn't notice any metal fragments as of yet. Oil is stiff shifting through coffee filters. Any suggestions or diagnostic help??
