Will Prelude rotors fit on an ITR?

Will Prelude rotors fit on an ITR?
I want to know if I can buy 97+ Prelude rotors and fit them on my 5 lug conversion in the rear.
AFAIK the rotors are the same size, but I've heard the prelude rears are a different offset.
