red/white tail lights on 98 civic coupe

Was wondering if I can fit the 99 civic coupe tail lights on my 98 civic, I like the red/white tail light look better than the red/yellow

Change the gaskets to ensure no leaks into the trunk.

Can you give me more details? Sorry still a noob. I'm assuming I buy a 99-00 tail light gasket and mount it on the trunk?

take off your tail light. The gasket he’s talking about is the one that fits on the back of your tail light. They get old and brittle.
