Default coolant bleeding help

How do I bleed my cooling system if I have all my Ac stuff out? Do I still have to turn the “Heater” all the way up still? Its a 00 b20 in a 99 ex so theres no coolant bleeder bolt ?

All AC stuff meaning you took out the heater core too? You can still bleed the system by making sure you have adequate amount of coolant+distilled water already poured in. Start the engine and remove the radiator cap (if your engine doesn't have a bleeder valve at the water neck). When the engine gets up to temp, you will start seeing fumes come out of the radiator upper neck/fill cap OR bleeder valve. Once you see coolant bubbling out, put back the radiator cap OR tighten the bleeder valve.
