Default going to dyno need some info on vafc

Ok I am going to dyno my car this weekend and I was wondering if anyone had what vafc settings they had with the same type of mods I do? I know your not supposed to use other peoples settings but I just want some thing to start with so I dont have to run it too many times. Please help I would be greatly apreciated,or how ever the hell you spell that.

here are 2 links concerning V-AFC settings...the 2nd one has someone elses complete settings..

remember though according to your altitude, you may want to run rich insteado of lean..like he did..good luck.

Hey why aren't you going to the dyno with stock settings and tuning from there? Does not have a wideband 02 so you can get A/F readings?
