I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L.
This is a fine machine, but I have a problem with the Hands Free Bluetooth Phone system.
On the day I took the car home I got a phone call while on the road. The Hands Free Bluetooth picked up the call activity and offered me the option to accept the call AND associate it to an existing user.
I didn't understand that last bit at the time because I was busy driving and just wanted the system to accept the call.

NOW I can still receive calls in the car but I cannot access ANY of the phone call history or create Speed Dial Contacts because my phone is now attached to a user account that I don't have the PIN# for.
I also cannot (due to lack of knowledge) Delete that user account also because I don't know the PIN#.

I haven't been able to figure out in online searches how to delete any existing User entry in the Hands Free menu without the PIN.

Anyone know how this is done???
