Default New timing chain keeps jumping teeth

I just replaced the timing chain, guides, intake sprocket and tensioner on 06 Accord. Get everything aligned on top and bottom, even put a little extra pressure with the tensioner. Everything goes good as long as I am turning the engine by hand (the chain stays aligned with the marks), but as soon as I hit the starter and check it again, the chain is off by a tooth or two. I've re-set it four times now with the same results every time. Looking to see if there are any tricks I am missing to keep everything good?
Thanks,
