Default Swapping over DC2 parts onto EM1

I’m looking to purchase a EM1 however here in California I need it to pass smog. The EM1 has a Magnaflow Exhaust and a Password JDM intake on it right now. I have an extra DC2 stock muffler and intake laying around, would they be able to fit and pass CA smog inspection?

No on both. Different length, bend for the exhaust. The intake manifold on both cars are different

Well...it might fit but the dc2 muffler tip will fall short but that depends on if you have the stock b-pipe. As for the intake 50/50 you'll pass visual.

I have a dc2 midpipe on my em1, muffler doesn't fit since dc2 is shorter

you have to get an extension between the cat converter and the b-pipe, only then will the curved section of the muffler go over the lca. Done it and all is fine, just the tip of the muffler doesn't extend out to the bumper and is burning it up.
