On my 2008 Civic, there are some scratches on both bumpers. I bought the touchup paint from the dealer. But when I paint it over the body, the color looks much darker than the original. The paint *is* the right one according to the color code inside the door. My car has been garaged most of the time so the original silvery color paint still looks good. Someone told me I have to dilute the touchup paint with something(?). I don't intend to make a perfect color match. Any advice is appreciated.
