Hi, I was wondering if I could get help with my Honda Civic 1993 EX.

It had been sitting for a week with low fuel (Maybe no fuel) for about a week and it was raining hard in my area for about 4 days. and when i went to get it some gas with the red container and came back to refuel it. I just wouldnt start. No noise or anything. The Fuel light was on, and so was the check engine light.

It started up just fine the week prior which was also raining heavily, so is it possible it was just the battery?

 

Is fuel pump turning on? Also double check battery power. Make sure you have power going to starter. Sounds like a power issue.

 

If the starter doesn't turn at all, try jump starting the battery.
