The other day was on my way to the store. I left a stop sign at full trottle for the giggles around 5k in 3th gear it lost power. I back off check the temp good, oil light off, nothing sounding like the engine blown up. As I limp it to a turn off of lost power till it die. only code was 43 fuel supply system I search the internet other's replace the o2, fuel filter, and gas cap.I got spark,

 

Unlikely it would be any of those things; I'd lean more to the fuel pump. Have you confirmed you're getting fuel to the injectors?

 

Five years ago, I fried my Ignition Control Module (Ignitor) gunning the engine in that same gear. I was able to restart it, but until I fixed it, it would cut off several times on every trip.

I'd like to think if you blew up your catalytic converter, you'd have different symptoms, but you didn't say what your Honda is doing now, or what year your Honda is.
