Cilinder 1-2 misfire

I bulit mi ef with ls/vtec but she start with a misfire, chek the compresion 210 ech one, i have power on inyectors i put new inyectos, and i have spark on my distributor. The car keep with the problems! Any help

Check mechanical and electrical timing.
