There is really no way to tell if this is a 'good deal' unless you know on how well the car has been maintained and how it was driven. No rust means nothing as far as reliability, it will only make it easier in terms of not having bolts snap off when you need to inevitably change parts. I purchased an EP3 for what I thought was a good deal and it needed just about everything after a few months of driving. The cost to repair it has been equivalent to what a monthly new car payment would be ($300-$400).
