2002 Honda Accord, Fuse 10 shor(tail lights, dash lights, etc.)

Each time we replace Fuse 10, it blows instantly, so we're assuming there is a short. Any advice on how to find it?

What trim level is your 2002 Accord (LX, EX, etc.)? Also is it a coupe or sedan? There are some circuit differences between EX and LX trim levels.
