Default 195/65R15 fitment

Hey Team,

Will 195/65R15s fit without rubbing on a stock 91 Civic hatch? If not, how much fender material would we nee to remove to make them fit (I was kinda thinking about fender flares anyway)?

Background: I have a totaled 02 Civic with high quality touring tires in Jacksonville. I'm living down in Orlando and working on getting this 91 up and running as a replacement but the tires on it are kinda garbage. Before I make the trip up to Jax to pull the good tires off, it'd be nice to know if they'll fit.

Backgroundier background: I live in Jax for most of the year but I have a software job that let's me remote in from anywhere. My buddy has a pretty fully kitted out garage in Orlando so I'm living with him for the month to get this car solid.

I ran some searches in this sub form for 195/65R15s but didn't get any hits.

195/50R15s clear easily with a 1.5-ish drop, so if my napkin math is right you should be ok in the arch. Whether you rub the inner well on a tight turn might depend on the offset of the wheels. May need spacers and extended studs to avoid that, but I can't say for sure.
