Default Door air leak at speed

Hi everyone. I am wondering if the EF's have a common issue with an air leak from the front doors or maybe coming from the mirrors? When the car hits around 70 mph at times the door will sound like i just opened it and a ton of air leaks in its super loud. But then the wind will change slightly and it seems to reseal.... I tried searching this forum but i couldn't find any prior threads so I'm assuming its specific to my car and not a common problem but can someone confirm?

I have also looked for ways to adjust the door to make it "tighter" but other than moving the latch further in I can't find a solution. The air is coming from the front area near the mirror so i don't think moving the latch will help but not sure... The door seems to be aligned properly when closed the gaps look good and it doesn't stick out from the body so i'm very confused.

Make sure the rubber seals are all properly notched in the door- I've seen these sometimes pop loose, especially at the corners. It may just be that the seals are dried out and not holding onto the car the way they used to. They are 30 years old after all. Are you sure the window isn't part of your issue?

Thank you I will double check the seal after work. I could very well be the window as well. But from what I can tell the air seems to be coming from the door or the mirror. Other than getting up to speed and trying to figure it out at 70 mph idk how else to diagnose it better lol.

Does the door still have the plastic sheet / dust shield behind the door panel?
